A new raft of upgrades will also take place on trains and stations as part of the agreement. A MAN has died this morning after being hit by a train at Witham railway station. A paramedic officer, The Herts Air Ambulance and a Hazardous Area Response Team attended the scene at around 10.40am but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
