ENGLAND and Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has been spotted in Chelmsford this afternoon.
The Chronicle's editor Paul Dent-Jones says he saw the superstar driving a white Range Rover around 4pm on Chelmer Road.
He tweeted: "Just seen Wayne Rooney driving a white Range Rover on Chelmer Road, #Chelmsford reg R99NEY...perhaps Clarets are in talks!"
The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea.
