An accident involving a motorcyclist is causing heavy delays on the northbound carriageway of the A12 between Kelvedon and Marks Tey.The road is partially blocked between junction 24 and junction 25, with delays stretching back to junction 22 at Witham.An ambulance was dispatched to treat a man in his 40s, who is now being treated at Colchester Hospital.More to follow.
