One lane leading up to the Army and Navy roundabout was closed after a two-vehicle car crash this afternoon.
Two cars collided on Essex Yeomanry Way, near Meadgate Terrace, at around 4.45pm today.
The northbound lane remains closed and no one has been reported injured.
The accident has been cleared but there is still slow-moving towards the roundabout.
Queues are stretching from on the Army & Navy roundabout to Meadgate Primary School, further along the A1114.
