POLICE are renewing their appeal for information following a road crash in Colchester which claimed the life of an elderly cyclist.
The accident happened when a blue Ford KA and the cyclist struck each other at the junction of Bromley Road and Slough Lane shortly before 1pm on Saturday, April 6.
The cyclist, 73-year-old Errol Baker from Fulmar Close in the town, died at the scene.
The Fiesta driver was physically uninjured, but is recovering from shock.
