A THREE car accident in which oil has spilled onto the road has forced the closure of a major Chelmsford road.Chignal Road is closed between the junction of the A1060 Roxwell Road and Avon Road after a crash just after 3pm.It is set to cause chaos for any motorists travelling to the Melbourne and Chignal estates from the city centre.Police said the road is closed, while a team from Essex County Council's highways department clears the spillage and grits the road.Motorists should avoid the area...
