A NEW scheme to issue parking wardens with swabs to capture the DNA of enraged motorists who spit at them will not be rolled out across Chelmsford or the surrounding areas for the moment.
The scheme was brought in by the company that collects fines on behalf of Southend-on-Sea Borough Council last week to protect its civil enforcement officers.
