Two broken down vehicles are causing delays to motorists in the Chelmsford area this morning.
Around 6am a lorry broke down on the northbound A12 near junction 19 (Boreham) blocking the inside lane. Around an hour later traffic is reported to be slow moving from junction 17.
Minutes after the incident one lane was blocked by a broken down car on the A1114 Baddow bypass between the Army and Navy roundabout and the Baddow slip road.
