A burning lorry is causing major delays on the A12 this morning (Wednesday, 25).
Police were called shortly before 7.30am today to reports of a lorry on fire at junction 17.
A lorry and a van collided between J14 and 15, near Chelmsford, and there are also believed to be hazardous materials on the road.
Motorists are advised that the A12 has been closed in both directions from junction 17 whilst emergency services deal with the incident.
