Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses after two cars were set alight by a bottle of flammable liquid thrown from a vehicle.A silver Mini Cooper S was set alight in Cheddar Avenue, Westcliff, at 11.35pm on Sunday, September 13.The fire spread to a white Mercedes Sprinter van and both vehicles were destroyed.Pc David Ince of Essex Police said: "Two people were seen in a small silver car at the time of the incident."A bottle of flammable liquid was thrown from the vehicle before...
